📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the costing and inventory processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that costing and inventory data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory management.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of costing and inventory data to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and analyze costing reports to provide insights into the cost structure of our products.
• Ensure that all costing and inventory data is properly documented and maintained in our ERP system, SAP.
• Provide training and support to team members on costing and inventory management processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in costing and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in costing and inventory management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience with SAP ERP system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in costing and inventory management is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
