📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the daily operations of pest control technicians in Gianyar, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Schedule and assign tasks to technicians, considering the specific needs of each client and the urgency of the situation.
- Monitor the performance of technicians, providing feedback and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory and ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are available for technicians.
- Coordinate with customers to understand their specific pest control needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during field operations, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the quality of service and identify areas for improvement.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the pest control industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team of technicians.
- Strong knowledge of pest control methods, equipment, and chemicals, including familiarity with products from companies like Syngenta, Bayer, or BASF.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with GIS mapping tools and software for route planning and scheduling.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Environmental Science, Agriculture, or a similar discipline).
