📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of property agents, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients, and drive sales and rental income.,Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders, and ensure that their needs are met.,Monitor and analyze branch performance, and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the branch is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities, and build relationships with other professionals in the field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of the local property market and a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of clients in the area.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of property agents.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders.,Proficient in the use of property management software and other relevant tools and technologies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours when necessary.
