📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using software such as Mastercam, Fanuc, or Siemens NX.
• Collaborate with engineers to translate design specifications into precise CNC machine instructions.
• Monitor and maintain CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to address any issues with CNC programs or machines.
• Document all programming activities and maintain a comprehensive record of machine operations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC technology and software.
• Train and mentor junior staff on CNC programming and machine operation.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in all machining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC programming and machining operations.
• Proven expertise in using CNC programming software such as Mastercam, Fanuc, or Siemens NX.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in CNC programming or relevant machining qualifications is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality control and safety protocols in manufacturing environments.
