In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts, including reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, and order pickers, to handle incoming and outgoing shipments. You will work closely with our warehouse and logistics teams to ensure that goods are moved safely and efficiently, meeting tight deadlines and high-quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate forklifts and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to move, store, and distribute goods in the warehouse.
• Ensure the safety of the warehouse environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on forklifts and MHE to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Load and unload goods from trucks, trailers, and other transportation vehicles.
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in material handling.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in forklift operation and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Forklift Operator or similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Valid Forklift Operator Certification from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling, and logistics processes.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Familiarity with using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
