📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments and billing.
• Process reservations and manage guest inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software like PMS (Property Management System).
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including arranging transportation and accommodations for guests.
• Promote local attractions and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of hotel management software like PMS.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
• Valid SIM card and ability to work in Bali.
• Enthusiasm for the tourism and hospitality industry.
