📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Preparing audit reports and recommendations for management.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial and operational records.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of business processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and internal control frameworks.
  • Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
