📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.,Manage staff performance and conduct regular training and development activities.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
