FORZA Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our laboratory tests and analyses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform various laboratory tests and analyses according to standard protocols.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Prepare and analyze samples for quality control and assurance purposes.,Document and record test results and laboratory activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.,Participate in training and development programs for new employees.,Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or related laboratory science.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a clinical or research environment.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Ability to work well in a team and follow standard operating procedures.,Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.,Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
