📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B service department to ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.,Train and mentor staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service.,Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the F&B service are aligned and integrated.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.,Manage budgets and resources to ensure that the F&B service department operates efficiently and effectively.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B service industry.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
