As a Lead HR Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 22.000.000 – Rp 24.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide training and development programs.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.,Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
