Sehati Eko Health Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our medical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to patient care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of medical equipment, including MRI, X-ray, and other diagnostic machines.,Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and meets safety standards.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment repairs and replacements.,Train and mentor junior mechanics and support staff.,Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance schedules.,Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical equipment maintenance and repair.,Certifications in medical equipment maintenance and repair (e.g., CMMS, CE, or equivalent).,Strong technical skills and knowledge of medical equipment.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.,Proficient in using computer systems for equipment documentation and maintenance scheduling.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
