📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and controlling production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Ensuring that production schedules are met and that production targets are achieved.,Conducting regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Managing production equipment and ensuring its proper maintenance.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Reporting production progress and any issues to the management team.,Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Understanding of health and safety regulations.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
