📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local and remote job market to identify trends and opportunities.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Utilize various recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using popular recruitment tools and software.,Familiarity with remote recruitment processes and best practices.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
