PT Mega Mandiri is seeking a talented and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work from anywhere while contributing to our operations in Singkawang.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods, and maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to improve performance and productivity.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse operations and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
