CV Dwi Dinamika is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Canggu, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and provide information about our products and services.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including restocking products and cleaning the workspace.,Assist with inventory management tasks, such as counting stock and updating inventory records.,Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering assistance.,Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and services to customers.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
