📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead BIM projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.,Develop and implement BIM standards and protocols to ensure consistency and quality across projects.,Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM into the design and engineering process.,Conduct BIM training sessions for project teams to ensure effective adoption and utilization of BIM technologies.,Review and approve BIM models, ensuring they meet project requirements and industry standards.,Monitor project progress and identify potential issues, providing recommendations for mitigation.,Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends, incorporating new tools and methods into projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM, with a strong background in sustainable design and engineering.,Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.,Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.,Strong project management and leadership skills.,Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
