📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers.,Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.,Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware.,Monitor and maintain system performance and security.,Provide training and support to end-users.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.,Document and maintain IT procedures and policies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.,Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.,Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with ITIL framework and best practices.,Strong communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
