As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses and create accurate job descriptions to ensure we are attracting the right candidates.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiation and onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is required.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
