📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure effective stock management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Drive sales performance and meet or exceed store targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and regulations.
