Bloom Code Indonesia is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the kitchen and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers.,Maintain the kitchen and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, both traditional and modern.,Manage the kitchen staff and ensure that they are following all health and safety regulations.,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized at all times.,Prepare and cook food for special events and occasions.,Work with the Head Chef to develop and improve our menu.,Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,A degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.,Knowledge of a variety of cooking techniques and styles.,Experience in managing a kitchen staff.,Experience in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.,Experience in preparing and cooking food for special events and occasions.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
