📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.,Develop and implement effective team-building strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.,Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to address any issues.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standard.,Attend team meetings and provide updates on progress and any challenges that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a team leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of HR best practices and a commitment to upholding ethical and legal standards in the workplace.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
