🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial banking, preferably in a similar role at a leading financial institution.
• Proven track record of managing high-value corporate clients and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of commercial banking products, including loans, trade finance, and cash management solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with banking software such as Core Banking System (CBS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and financial analysis tools.
• Certification in commercial banking or financial services is a plus.
