• Source, attract, and engage top-tier talent for international clients across various industries.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and interviews, leveraging ATS platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Taleo.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through exceptional communication skills.
• Stay updated on global talent markets and industry trends to identify and attract the best candidates.
• Participate in client interviews and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in global recruitment or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top-tier talent for international clients.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Taleo, and other recruitment tools.
