In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that support our employees' professional growth and the successful implementation of change initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver training programs to support employees through organizational changes.
• Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Create and maintain training materials, including e-learning modules and workshops.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations for training and development initiatives.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure training programs meet business needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys and feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR training and development, with a focus on change management.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP).
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or Docebo.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training tools.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies and frameworks.
