As an HSE Staff at Surya Mulia Anugerah, you will be responsible for conducting regular safety inspections, training employees on K3 protocols, and maintaining comprehensive health and safety records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with K3 and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement safety training programs for employees.
• Maintain and update health and safety records and documentation.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective action plans.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, including waste management and emissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Ensure all employees are aware of and adhere to K3 policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and environmental performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., SHE, K3, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and relevant safety management software.
• Familiarity with environmental management systems (EMS) and ISO 14001 is a plus.
